According to customer requirements, our company provides hydraulic rods with different production processes as raw materials for hydraulic cylinders. The products range from hot-rolled to heat-treated and bainitic non-QT steel round bars(20-200mm), undergoing processes such as peeling, straightening and calendering, centerless grinding, and chrome plating treatment. Each bar undergoes meticulous inspection and testing, encompassing chemical, mechanical, and non-destructive assessments, all conducted on a per-piece basis.
